Welcome to PLUMP! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. About These Terms
  1. Scope. These Terms apply to all purchases and interactions with our products via www.plumpcares.com.
  2. Agreement. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Shipping Policy.
  3. Updates. We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted here and are effective immediately upon publication.

3. Orders & Contract
  1. Order Acceptance. Your order is confirmed once you receive a shipping confirmation from us. Until then, we reserve the right to validate, reject, or modify your order.
  2. Order Refusal. We may cancel your order for reasons including unavailability, payment issues, pricing errors, or delivery limitations.
  3. Order Number. You’ll receive a unique order number—keep it handy for tracking and inquiries.
  4. Territory. PLUMP currently operates only in Pakistan. We do not process international orders at this time.
4. Our Products
  1. Visuals & Accuracy. Images on our site are for illustrative purposes. Actual product colors, textures, and packaging may vary slightly.
  2. Handmade Variations. As some of our formulations are handcrafted via professionals who are experts in their field, minor variances in weight, texture, or volume (within a 5% margin) may occur.
5. Changes to Your Order
  1. Before Dispatch. You may request changes prior to confirmation of shipment. We’ll confirm feasibility and inform you of any pricing or delivery impact.
  2. After Dispatch. Changes post-shipping are not guaranteed and may incur extra costs.
6. Changes by Us
  1. Minor Adjustments. We may revise formulations or packaging due to:
    • Regulatory updates
    • Supply chain constraints
    • Continuous product improvement
  1. Significant Changes. If significant changes are made, you’ll be notified and can cancel for a full refund prior to dispatch.
7. Delivery & Shipping
  1. Fees. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
  2. Dispatch Timeline. Orders typically dispatch within 1–2 business days and deliver in 3–7 business days depending on your location.
  3. Delays. Delays caused by unforeseen events or logistics disruptions are not our liability, but we’ll notify you and support you in resolution.
  4. Ownership & Risk. Ownership and liability shift to you upon delivery.
  5. Delivery Issues. Ensure your address and contact info are accurate. Failed deliveries due to incorrect info may incur additional costs.
8. Return & Cancellation
  1. Return Policy. If you wish to cancel or return your order, contact us within 3 days of receipt at info@plumpcares.com.
  2. Eligibility. Only unopened and unused products in original condition are eligible for return. We may request you for images and videos to ensure the order is in its original condition and unused.
  3. Damaged Items. Report damaged products within 24 hours of delivery. Retain all packaging for investigation. Approved damages will be replaced at no cost.
  4. Refunds. Eligible returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after verification.
9. Payment & Pricing
  1. Prices. All prices are in PKR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  2. Errors. If a pricing error is found, we’ll notify you before processing. Orders based on obvious pricing errors may be canceled.
  3. Payment Terms. Full payment is due at the time of order. We reserve the right to suspend delivery for delayed or failed payments.
  4. Late Payments. For B2B customers, late payments may incur interest of 5% per annum above the KIBOR rate.
10. Termination
  1. By You. You may cancel before shipment or for reasons outlined in Sections 6 and 8.
  2. By Us. We may cancel your order if:
    • Payment is not received within 5 days
    • Delivery information is inaccurate
    • The product becomes unavailable
    • There is misuse of our platform or abuse of policies
11. Product Use Disclaimer

PLUMP products are dermatologically formulated and tested, but results vary by skin type. If you have specific skin conditions, allergies, or underlying concerns, consult a dermatologist prior to use.

12. Privacy

Your data is handled securely. For more information, refer to our Privacy Policy.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PLUMP is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of its products. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

14. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, designs, images, and content on www.plumpcares.com belong to PLUMP and may not be reproduced without written permission.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi.
