Order Confirmation & Processing
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email from PLUMP. As soon as your items are packed and ready to ship, we’ll send a second email with your dispatch and tracking details.
Please note:
- Items may ship separately depending on availability.
- Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and shown before you complete your purchase.
Delivery Timelines
We aim to deliver all orders within:
- 3–5 business days for major cities
- 5–7 business days for outlying areas
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen courier or weather disruptions. Rest assured, our team is always available to assist in case of any delays.
Delivery Support

Damages & Replacements
We take great care in packing your products, but in the rare case your order arrives damaged:
- Email us at info@plumpcares.com with your order number and pictures of the damaged item(s) and packaging within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- Please retain all packaging materials and the damaged product until the issue is resolved.
- Once verified, we’ll promptly process a replacement at no extra cost.
International Orders
At the moment, PLUMP only ships within Pakistan. Stay tuned — international shipping is coming soon!
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking number and courier details so you can follow your glow on the go.
Address Modifications
Changes to the shipping address can be made before dispatch only (while your order status is still “Confirmed” or “Pending”). For assistance, please reach out to our support team as early as possible.
